I'm attempting a kickstart install of c10s and I'm seeing it try to download the following URL:
https://infrastructure.fedoraproject.org/repo/centos/centos-10/AppStream/x86_64/os/Packages/langpacks-en-4.1-1.el10.noarch.rpm which fails due to being behind a proxy. This URL is not any of the repo URLs that I specified in my kickstart file.
