[CentOS] Re: dnf repos very slow & mirrors?

at the time of sending my email - had to disable plugins for 
mirrors where failing, almost all within .ru domain - and 
even then(no mirrors) to get update lists(not to download) 
took ~20mins.
today, now, seems more normal.
