I don't think this is sensible. I have no interest in his political beliefs, only in the quality of his work, but it's not like the code itself is tainted because of who wrote it. This isn't the dilemma of medical results obtained through immoral experiments. It's a case of good work by somebody who can't stop being a jerk to others.
