into the list submission addresses. The admin team doesn't have time to
deal with these problems.
If there was no spam, we'd be able to allow posts. This isn't about
forcing people to subscribe for our entertainment.
But it must not be blackhole (discard) nor bounce message. It must be
the REJECT with 4xx code and mnemonic error message.
