You might want to consider using OpenIndiana oi_151a instead of snv_134.
As Albert mentioned, oi_151a has the Xen bits from OpenSolaris snv_134b
OpenIndiana oi_151a also has KVM support for Intel chips, so you might
want to consider this instead of Xen:
