IAANAL. :-) I would argue to keep the Oracle message, for two reasons: 1. It reminds us of the harsh reality, and 2. It might actually give people who know nothing about Illumos the "safe" feeling that a Big Corp(TM) is somehow involved with it. I don't really care, my Sun Ray screams "ORACLE" at me whenever I turn it on... I haven't even bothered to change my .signature yet.
