It is defined in /usr/include/sys/auxv_386.h -- 0x4000000 is "AV_386_AES". As to why it appears twice, I would guess that ld.so processes the library search path, finds the libcrypto with the unavailable prerequisite, dismisses it and prints the "file not found" msg after search has failed.
