I'm not certain if that facility went away with the shuttering of
opensolaris.org <http://opensolaris.org> or at some time prior, but
either way it's gone now. If you're
interested in writing your own tests, there is a framework for that under
usr/src/test in the illumos source.
Can you say a little more about what you want to test?
