Hi, I have a system on which I need to connect an usb disk and zfs send a copy. I find the correct notice in messages : Dec 5 14:27:58 xstreamserver usba: [ID 912658 kern.info] USB 2.10 device (usb480,a202) operating at hi speed (USB 2.x) on USB 2.0 root hub: storage@2, scsa2usb1 at bus address 2 Dec 5 14:27:58 xstreamserver usba: [ID 349649 kern.info] TOSHIBA External USB 3.0 20160330011189F Dec 5 14:27:58 xstreamserver genunix: [ID 936769 kern.info] scsa2usb1 is /pci@0,0/pci15d9,d880@1a,7/storage@2 Dec 5 14:27:58 xstreamserver genunix: [ID 408114 kern.info] /pci@0,0/pci15d9,d880@1a,7/storage@2 (scsa2usb1) online But I can't see the device to use. The format command only lists internal disks. The rmformat command only lists the internal dvd rom device. The cfgadm command show the device connected and configured: usb5/2 usb-storage connected configured ok I have another system where I can see the device in format/rmformat and use it as a destination device for zfs send. What am I missing here?
