Hello.
We have two systems, which after update from about end of December 2016
in one case and October 2016 in other case to up-to-date OI Hipster
(illumos-39b16bd) expose very strange behavior on boot.
They fail to boot with a lot of services offline, the most interesting,
some of them - nonexistent, like system/filesystem/usr:live-media and
some of them have dependency on nonexistent services
like system/filesystem/root-minimal:default . Both of these services
exist on livecd. So I got impression that smf couldn't import current
smf database and rolled back to some backup (unfortunately,
likely from install or pre-install times). I fixed this by reverting smf
database with /lib/svc/bin/restore_repository to -seed- level. After
reboot and manifest import system was able to boot.
But I have one big question: What is going on???
