I've been using various Milan based systems as well as continuing to improve support for these devices. I haven't used the Supermicro platform here, but in general, folks either did a Naples/Rome platform or a platform that was Rome/Milan. I would expect you to have a positive experience and if not, there's stuff that we can probably help investigate there. My expectation is that there will be continued support and improvements here for things to take advantage of some of the more unique RAS, performance monitoring, and other features of the chips. Certainly, I know folks have been actively doing a bunch of work and running various hypervisors against this. Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
