Thanks for sharing that, so this all looks like it's expected to show up
as a normal USB mass storage device. So there are two things I would
probably confirm:

* When you plug in the device, we should get a confirmation that the USB
device was detected and the scsa2usb driver is present.

* You mentioned that when you plug in the reader the SD card is already
present. That's probably going to be required. I'd also see if there are
any errors from scsa2usb attaching that show up in the message log or not.
