On systems which boot without problems, I can mount s0
$ sudo mount -F pcfs /dev/dsk/c2t0d0s0 /mnt
$ find /mnt/
/mnt/
/mnt/EFI
/mnt/EFI/Boot
/mnt/EFI/Boot/bootx64.efi
/mnt/EFI/Boot/bootia32.efi
on the rpool which is not bootable I see
mount: I/O error
