I have several Smartos systems running on mirrored NVME devices. All connected to M.2 (no cables). No health or temerature issues in the nvme logpages. One of them is using a mirror of Micron 7300 PRO MTFDHBG1T9TDF NVMe 1.3, no issues with checksum errors at all. One is on SAMSUNG MZ1L21T9HCL NVMe 1.4, every scrub reveals checksum errors, albeit all correctable. Another one using Micron 7400 PRO MTFDKBG3T8TDZ NVMe 1.4, same issues as the Samsung.
I am wondering if this could be related to NVMe 1.3 vs. 1.4 ?
