Well, tastes differ :-) The format program is quite old, and not really needed much any more since everything is done with ZFS. Also, some of the functions covered by the gpart program on FreeBSD are done with fdisk on illumos. > p/s: by someone who is trying to set ashift=12, why it's so easy on Linux > and FreeBSD?
