I actually have a number of problem's with Seth's post...  Some of the
issues I had are summed up nicely here:

The other big issue I see is his assertion that Photoshop is the best
tool for designing a website, not to mention that changes are faster
and easier in a PSD then they would be in HTML/CSS ... I find, and I
know I'm not alone, that HTML and CSS are great for prototyping
designs quickly, and are much more flexible than a Photoshop
document.. especially when it comes to manipulating the flow of text.

Also, his idea of not involving the dev team "until you're 90% done
with the look and feel of your pages" seems insane ... developers
often have lots to offer, not to mention that they can start laying
the groundwork for the site if they have an idea of the IA/interaction
design before the visual design is finished.

As soon as I get my blog back up and running tonight I'm going to post
a response to all this....
