Position Ziba is looking for an Interaction Designer to join our Portland, Oregon based Interaction Design team. The right designer will have experience across a broad spectrum of applications, with a targeted interest in product interface design. If your forte is concepting, designing, and prototyping in the space where consumer behavior, client brand, digital and physical interfaces meet, we’d like to speak to you. To be considered at Ziba, you will need: - Broad experience in interaction strategy, including Information Architecture, Communication Design, Usability, User Studies, Interface/UI Design and the construction of software and hardware prototypes. - Flexible skills in interaction design, with applications to both consumer product interfaces and interaction/graphic communications, and demonstrated skills using Flash and other electronic techniques. - The ability to consolidate foundational information, including input from research, information architecture, client needs, and senior creative staff. - Proven communication and presentation skills. - To enjoy the relaxed, progressive attitude of the Pacific Northwest. The successful candidate must have a BS/BA or BFA in a relevant field, and 2+ years professional experience in Interaction Design. Interested?
