Interesting - I just sat all day yesterday through a Larry Constantine seminar on Agile and UCD where he "almost" wrote off the entire User Research, Persona development parts of Big Design Up Front - and focused almost completely on modeling activities/tasks using UML. I must say that quite a few things he presented in the seminar *really* rubbed me the wrong way -Will
