I use Textpad for most small projects because it highlights code well and
opens about as fast as Notepad.  I use Dreamweaver for larger projects
because the later versions let you select tables and code elements and
collapse them to get them out of the way.  Occasionally I use Visual Studio,
if I'm prototyping another version of an actual product.  I very rarely (if
ever) use the design view of either Dreamweaver or Visual Studio because
they both reformat the code and don't allow the precision necessary for very
detailed work.
