Hi List,
This question is a bit "off topic" for design, but perhaps relevant to others
who freelance:
I need to relocate temporarily from Boston, MA to Southern Florida (town TBD)
this spring, 2008.
I know little about my target destination, and nothing about the
cost/availability/culture of corporate housing. I'm hoping to avoid "aimless"
searches on Craigslist, or scams with remote realtors who may or may not be
legit. Finally, I'm relocating on my own - a client/corporation isn't
subsidizing my temporary move.
I therefore have questions:
Have you done this before?
What was your strategy for finding/deciding on a temporary residence?
Do you have suggestions for quality (affordable?) corporate housing?
Other resources I may not know about?
Thanks in advance. Please reply to me directly and I'll compile for anyone
who's interested.
