In my recruting effort for Interaction Designers at Autodesk in Shanghai, I've been able to locate strong candidates through coroflot.com, which is a specialized in the design community (by the way, I'm still looking for interaction designers!), so I would suggest to start there.
For the Chinese Market, the large majority of the posts are by local companies, in Chinese websites... one of the most popular is 51 Jobs (http://www.51jobs.cn/); a lot of IT companies are using it.
