If you're on a Mac, which I'm assuming based on the company you're at,  
you have some there, you can simply go to:
/Library/Internet Plug-ins/Flash Player.plugin and dump that file.  
Viola, no more flash player and you'll be able to see what it looks  
like. Or just pull it out, then you can put it back in.
