Jef Raskin was a great visionary. His untimely death was a great loos to our profession.
It is interesting that after the conference reception today I was thinking that one of the important tasks that the IxD community will have is to define good design. I'm sure that it will always be a controversial process but being able to tell good design from the bad design, is essential. Jef's dimensions effective, habituating, reliable, efficient, and when possible attractive are a good set of dimensions to start with.
