So, when you scroll down (or up) on the iPhone screens, the screen keeps scrolling for a bit even after you've removed your finger, in essence you stopped telling it to scroll.
I've seen some computer mouses have a similar effect. What are we calling this property? So far I've just been using the term "inertia," as in "the screen scrolls with inertia."
