I use Coda and it's nice. SkEdit is similar and cheaper but version 4 is a bit more fickle.
As for Mac screen cap utilities, I find 'InstantShot' to be really useful. it's FREE and runs in your menu bar so it's available from any app and doesn't take up precious dock space. ok, topic dead...
