Expression Blend User Interface Designer

Entellium is looking for a user interface designer with extensive
experience using Microsoft Expression Blend. This designer will
iteratively specify, design, prototype and layout User Interfaces for
Entellium's next-generation customer relationship management (CRM)
product. The ideal candidate will be an experienced designer with
exceptional communication skills.
This designer must be able to work from boards and develop boards from
script. Must have experience in timeline animation. Must be able to
work within a very fast-paced setting and be able to put in the
occasional "Redbull session" until midnight.
Responsibilities:
* Understand end-user requirements
* Understand technical limitations and challenges to ensure that
designs are feasible, given the budget, scope and timeline constraints
of the project
* Design as a stakeholder in a user centered design process that
values close collaboration between disciplines
* Support processes for gathering customer feedback & iterating
prototypes
* Communication with overseas development team
Requirements/Qualifications
* 3-5 years experience with a solid track record designing
sophisticated applications
* Exceptional portfolio of work that demonstrates elegant work
flow solutions
* Excellent analytical, oral, written, and visual communication
skills
* Ability to collaborate actively & effectively on
multidisciplinary teams
* Strong design aesthetic and design skills, with emphasis on
visual story telling/ animation, motion 3D games, etc
* Extensive Knowledge of WPF and Microsoft Expression Blend
designing User Interfaces and Prototypes
* Deep understanding of and commitment to user-centered design
principles & methods
* Extensive Knowledge of Visual Studio, Flash and Actionscript.
* High interest in Microsoft Silverlight
* Familiarity with current web-based interface technologies &
tools - Visual Studio, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Web Standards
* Experience in timeline animation.
* Ability to meet ambitious deadlines and deliver high-quality
work on schedule
* Coding experience a plus
* Experience working with in CRM or like products a plus
* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
