Ginny Redish and Dana Chisnell did an extensive literature search on 
seniors on the web in 2004 for AARP

Whitney Quesenbery and I did a literature search on the needs of three 
different audiences: teens, people with low literacy, and seniors. And 
then we did some follow-up usability testing. Our theme was 'more 
alike than we think' - recommendations held true for all three groups.
