We are using Flex for a very large project. We are involved in the British NHS's "National Program for IT", creating GP systems. We are looking at tens of thousand of users (all of whom are demanding and highly opinionated) >From a design perspective it's proving an interesting challenge given that the NHS is still handing out "guidance" on everything from navigation to specific pieces of the interface, and wondering why everyone is late delivering!
