The linked BBC News article is on an art installation, essentially a webcam linking New York and London. What I find fascinating is the reaction from people
"...and for a moment, two groups of strangers, in two cities thousands of miles apart, jump up and down and smile at one another." http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/7415911.stm It took an artist to see that people didnt need a stadium sized screen, High def, rss feeds, surround sound and a plethora of other 'features' to engage users. Just a webcam, no audio & a whiteboard. Its simple, un-intimidating yet intriguing. -pauric ________________________________________________________________ Welcome to the Interaction Design Association (IxDA)! To post to this list .......
