<rant> Ever try to login to the UPA website? Haven't in a while and forgotten your password?
They actually expect me to remember my UPA number to retrieve my password.... Who designed this? A grass-smokin' monkey? This is the UPA, not the MIT Alumni Association! Everyone already knows that the simplest thing is to allow people to select using their email address as their username. This is common knowledge. UPA expects me to remember a random numeric string that I have used -- what? 4 times in the last 3 years. Who are they kidding?
