Itamar, I'm happy to see you post this article to the list. I'm curious to know your opinion.
The statement that science is "not the best place to look for approaches and methods on how to approach design complexity", is provacative, however practically speaking I don't know what this means in terms of the future of interaction design/HCI. My take on this paper is that science is not the *only* place to look for approaches and methods on design complexity. I am not an academic, so I don't have years of research backing me up here, but I also argue that even design is not the only place to look for approaches to, not just design complexity, but complexity on the interactions of everyday life - not everything we experience in life can be designed ahead of time or analyzed to the last detail. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
