I am looking for sites that /require/ user participation in order to have /access/ to the site and it's community and it's content.
A lot of site require registration, or a fee, but can you think of any that require your donation of time, effort and/or creativity to be part of the community?
Linked In sort of does this - your resume, you connections, your recommendations and your 'questions' are all content you contribute to be a useful part of the community and get value back from the site...
