Does anyone know of any methodologies or case studies for evaluating (or predicting) long-term engagement? Any specific application to social networking sites would be great, but analogous examples from video games, enterprise software, or whatever else are welcome. Most of my testing experience is for a single point in time, so the impressions are transient and don't benefit from (or account for) repeated use and exposure.
