Also, there's an interesting new site (just went live a few weeks ago) called Scrnshots - http://www.scrnshots.com - that is worth checking out.

Think of it as a Flickr for screenshots. A bunch of designers have started posting bits and pieces of UIs. You can add a shot to one of your favourites, comment on them, and add people who's choices you approve of to a 'contacts' list. Even though it's still just starting up, there are already over 2,000 screens that have been uploaded. Scrnshots also include some free tools for the PC or Mac for you to automate the selection and posting of screens without having to save them locally, upload, etc.
