Hi all, We have added a visualization to a product in the current release. The visualization was to better understand the state. The users though are not really being able to understand the state too well - i.e. the visualization in itself is not working as well as we expected. BUT it seems like they are using the product a lot more since the visualization makes it look "interesting" or they are "curious".
How can we test for the indirect effects of the visualization? And how can we confirm our observation that users are using the product more since the visualization makes it look "interesting" or they are "curious".
