Kim,

I'd categorise the risks in terms of:
* what impact would an outage - temporary or permanent - have on your
current operations - business continuity, service levels, brand perception,
productivity, cost-benefits.
* what impact would a loss of historical data have on your business -
reporting, intelligence, knowledge management;
* who owns the data stored on the external systems - intellectual property,
copyright.

I think that covers it.
