Hey guys,

Long time lurker, second time poster J

I am designing a web interface for a well-known entertainment brand for
the ages of 12-17 years in the UK.

What I am looking for help with is around user behaviour with this
audience:

1) Continuous partial attention - in my initial research, this
audience really adhere to this concept i.e. a state in which most of
one's attention is on a primary task, but where one is also monitoring
several background tasks just in case something more important or
interesting comes up. Anyone got any research to back this up?

2) CPA interfaces - the only ones I can think of are some concept
designs I saw for the Bloomberg interface (some on this list would have
seen these - these were designed around CPA. Also Brad Paley showed some
really interesting concepts for the NYSE interface at IDEA last year
too. Does anyone have any examples they have seen (they don't have to be
websites)?

Really looking for inspiration at this stage [Aurora was a big
help...thanks AP/Mozilla J]

Thanks in advance,

Julian McCrea
