See the full job description at: http://www.geonetric.com/about/jobdetail.asp?id=55 To apply, please send your cover letter and resume to: [EMAIL PROTECTED] *Essential Duties and Responsibilities* Includes the following, other duties may be assigned: * Develop user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and interactions for web-based application and Web sites * User research; including user interview, ethnographic research, usability testing * Document standards and best practices * Verify requirements will work within the constraints * Compose and deliver to product team functional, performance, security and interface requirements utilizing Axure * Compose final acceptance criteria for tasks within each sprint * Serve as the UI Designer; with a concentration on module flow * Serve as the primary UX Tester/ Lab Operator; and deliver UX tests * Keeps abreast of software development industry trends * Research best practices, trends; recommends risks and benefits associated with each in user interface design *Qualifications* To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
