Our Client is a leading interactive agency (Fort Lauderdale, FL) with brand name clients throughout the nation. Currently, they are seeking an experienced Flash Developer with the following: . Develop a clean codebase of ActionScript driven Flash applications with programmatic motion at the core . Interface with back end programming team to implement web applications . Responsible for conception, development and execution of cutting edge Flash applications . Maintain high standards when creating wireframes, architecture diagrams and prototypes . Adhere to pixel perfect design set forth by Art Director . Work closely with Designers and Programmers to solve problems and execute solutions . Understand new Flash technologies and recommend where and how to implement them . Afford strong attention to usability and design . Work with team leader to provide insight on new technologies, standards, and Best Practices. . Understand additional disciplines such as ActionScript, Mobile deployment, third party API's, etc. . Influence art direction and ideation from a technology and interaction design perspective. . Add proactive value to solidify the future of the company as a world class digital agency. Skills: . Flash 8 and 9 / AS 2.0 / AS 3.0 / building reusable and wellstructured classes . Understanding and execution of OOP . Ability to integrate data via XML . Create custom datadriven media players . Show ability to extend core functionality of Flash via classes . Strong knowledge of the Flash Platform and other rich media technologies in order to produce work that is both . seamless and beautiful . Insatiable curiosity; intrigued by the fusion of technology and design . Passionate about the evolution of experiential digital properties . Strong programming design with an emphasis on experiential design .
