DESCRIPTION: Ash Donaldson (Produxi Consulting) will be presenting "Choosing Your Battles: Getting The Best Result for Your Client", a case study of Ash's work with the NSW Department of Education and Training that started as an Intranet redesign, but ended up being a reformulation of the structure, design and execution of policies, procedures and guidelines within the Department. Ash has been practising for more than 12 years promoting and studying all aspects of human-centred design. During this time, he has been successful in designing products, services and strategies for public and private organisations of all levels.
