JR/MIDLEVEL INFORMATION ARCHITECT, "Doing Good" entrepreneurial digital
design firm, LA

The Company:

This is for a v. v. cool, super-casual 35-person boutique
branding/ideation/digital design agency based in downtown LA whose bread +
butter lies in ideating and realizing entrepreneurs' visions about new
online products, mostly in the green/sustainability space. Their motto is
"Doing Good." They want people who want to Do Good in terms of design and
bettering their community + environment thru design + technology + whatever
other means necessary.

Work incorporates interactive/digital, mobile, broadband, anything you can
dream up ;)

Continuing education + employees' personal interests are important to them;
all fulltime employees get one free course at the Design Center per semester

Cultural fit is very important---you'll shine in this place if you're highly
collaborative, excited about the ideation/brainstorming process, eager to
contribute their ideas and points of view and recommendations, are OK
interfacing with clients regularly (it's a very transparent, casual
client-agency relationship there), and be thoughtful + passionate about good
design.
