Hi all,

I took a look through the archives but didn't see any discussions on this
topic. If there are any you can point me to please let me know.

What I'm looking to do is put together a list of best practices for
integrating supporting tools into the content portion of a site. For
instance let's say I'm trying to plan for college and I go to a college
planning site (not sure one like this exists, but for examples sake). At
this site I can not only read about planning for college and get an
understanding of the event, but I can also input information regarding my
plan and see my progress along my planning path. I can calculate what my
budget will need to be as well as use other tools that give me a better
understanding of the topic and/or help me track my progress.

any ideas?

Thanks!
Lis
