This seems like a good moment to come out of hiding and make a first post to this list. I have been a long-time lurker here. Of all the lists I follow, I must say this is by far one of the most insightful. I'm also very much looking forward to seeing fellow IxDA members in Vancouver next year.
With regards to This happened: In London, Chris O'Shea, Joel Gethin Lewis and Andreas Muller have been running events since May of this year, with great response coming from the local design scene. They tell me their site will soon host video recordings of all the presentations so far: Like I write in my post, the concept behind This happened immediately grabbed my attention. I particularly like the focus on actual work done, process and cross-disciplinarity. Any IxDA-ers reading this are more than welcome to join us for our the 1st of what I hope will be a long series of successful events in the Netherlands. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
