Last I've heard, ConceptShare (http://www.conceptshare.com/) was
getting good reviews for design collaboration issues... but I would
imagine that most companies would always resist sharing online being
afraid of "information leaking" (that's why I always have a hard
time trying to "sell" Google Docs at corporate level).
That being said, a good-old wiki running on a intranet might end up
being a very cost effective solution for simple collaboration
(documentation writing/sharing).
