I agree with Will, not sure how socially generated content can be used in a banking scenario. But if you're looking for the coolest banking webapp, go check out www.mint.com. Their setup process is fantastically easy, considering the monumental development task it must have been to integrate accounts from almost any banking institution. I'm impressed with their design overall, more so than any other banking site I've ever seen.
