Hope everyone is well. Apart from the lovely weather and all the hard work,
everything is peachy around these sides of London. Got a new project in hands -
the redesign of a PC Suite for a mobile company (discretion advised).
The deadlines are as usual quite tight, and I'll have to resort to
quick-and-dirty usability reviews on my colleagues and friends to sort out what
do they expect from a PC Suite application and what are the "gaps" on the ones
currently on the market, and present a proposal.
Me, I've only used PC Suite to backup my phone, and I only ever bother to do so
every six months... Occasionally, to extract a photo or video from the handset
onto my PC. I've only recently found out I could use my phone as a mobile modem
(I'm a newbie in the industry), which apparently has something mainstream
nowadays.
Question: how do YOU guys use your PC Suite? And what do you wish would be
improved or extended on the overall experience?
