I agree with Adrian,
It is very important that you read some litterature that touches the
subject. You can read and learn alot from the net by reading the free
articles. Google it up and you will see tons of material. If you are
willing to spend some money then Adrian`s books are great and so are
these
`Sketching User Experiences: Getting the Design Right and the Right
Design` by Bill Buxton.
`Observing the User Experience: A Practitioner's Guide to User
Research` by Mike Kuniavsky
`Interaction Design: Beyond Human-Computer Interaction` by Helen
Sharp, Yvonne Rogers, and Jenny Preece
PLEASE also read the books written by Don Norman.
