As far as good/bad experiences, let me say this: we have very happy customers right now, and we have had trial users who have said it's not ready for them yet. Most of the objections come in the form of application responsiveness and overall feature set. While not bad, the wireframing that our application does is typically done on the desktop and it is difficult for us to match that level of performance. We are, of course, constantly working on it. A word to those developing web applications: we did not expect the number of International customers we have received. We almost didn't add support for Internation character sets with UTF-8. Boy, that would have been a huge mistake. It may seem obvious that it's a global marketplace, but it's an easy thing to overlook during development. Anyway, just want to say I'm here and can answer any questions publicly or privately. I've been reading the list for a while but I haven't had a lot of time to participate. Trying to fix that.
