I agree that the home page is clever, and seems to do a decent job explaining and illustrating what it does (assuming they covered everything).
What's missing, I think, isn't the answer to the question "What is it?", but..."Why should I use it?" Why is it a desktop client? Of their five core services (illustrated in the middle), why is the only unique one so poorly explained (Attract and manage fans - of what???)
