Ok,
So we are a little slow to come up with a "ski" package post
conference. The two hotels we are using for the conference have
packages but they are super expensive. So to help us plan better lets
discuss what we might do.
One idea would be to rent a house for those who want to go together
and ski?
or
We can get better rates if we tell hotels how many of us are going to
be there.
My proposal would be for us to work on 2 days of skiing, Monday and
Tuesday after the conference. with Hotel rooms Sunday and Monday
nights. Returning to Vancouver on Tuesday night or flying out Tuesday
night.
Are you willing to share a room to lower costs? sleep on the floor of
a shared cabin?
